Aerial GPS Mapping on Maui, via Helicopter

• Developed a comprehensive database for the Client
• Utilized a laser gun-GPS system to shoot points across ravines
• Collected GPS data from a helicopter in mountainous and jungle areas
• Established control for Terra West's base station as back-up for the NGS COR Stations
• Created the first map of the entire road and street system on the island of Molokai as a base for pole fielding and underground utilities

2000

• Collected data & produced topog maps of Splice locations and Regen Sites
• Created AutoCad site plan drawings of Regen Sites and incorporated digital pictures of all locations

No-Passing Zone Project

2003-2004

• Established & identified with TPS the beginning and end of all no-passing zones on all primary secondary, and state highway systems
• Created a comprehensive database
• Converted all data to delimited ASCII file for format on the State's Oracle program
